Delivery Methods
For all orders, we will use Local Courier provided by the Hong Kong EMS Post and UPS Express as our delivery company. If nobody is at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the officer will leave you a notice card for you to re-arrange the delivery
Before the delivery of the products, all orders must be paid by credit cards through online.
Delivery time
Orders are processed soon after receipt of payment to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. You are expected to receive your orders within 2-3 working days by UPS express; and within 5-7 working days for oversea by EMS.
These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Although. 2NDBLACK.com cannot guarantee delivery times, we will do our best to process orders to ensure our customers receive our products on time
Return
Customer, who wants to return or refund the products, is necessary to contact with 2NDBLACK.com
by an email. After the confirmation of 2NDBLACK.com, customer is authorized to return the products. Please return the goods within seven days after recognition. If the purchased goods are delivered over seven days without contacts with 2NDBLACK.com for return of products, 2NDBLACK.com has the right to refuse the customer's return for refunds or exchange of goods. Customer will be responsible for cost of the returning goods. 2NDBLACK.com will not be responsible for the lost of goods from the process of delivery.
2NDBLACK.com will accept goods return for refunds or goods exchange, if the delivered products are damaged or delivered differently from the order. 2NDBLACK.com will not be accepted, if goods are return without advance notice and confirmation from 2NDBLACK.com; or return without original packing.
2NDBLACK.com can make the final decision to accept the return of goods for refunds or exchange.
