You irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute concerning or arising from these Terms of Use and the order terms.

The online transaction processing is provided by PayDollar using the highest commercially available encryption technology - Extended Validation (EV) SSL Certificate encryption. All confidential information is automatically encrypted before it is transmitted, to protect the data from being read and interpreted.

What is your credit card verification procedure?

Most credit card verifications are done automatically online by our payment gateway. We understand, however, that providing maximum protection to our valued customers is essential. Thus, we may ask our customers for additional credit card information such as monthly credit card statement copies or actual copy of credit card in order to ensure that we are dealing with the rightful cardholder. This process is not required for every transaction and is in place to minimize the possibility of unauthorized usage of your credit card. During the credit card verification process, your "My Account" order status will be displayed as "Verifying". The verification usually takes 1~2 business days, longer if our Accounting Department requires additional information.

Which credit cards do you honor?

We currently accept major international credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. 2NDBLACK.com guarantees that your online transaction will be secure and that your credit information will be protected. See our Privacy & Security Policy. All transactions are billed only when the order is shipped out. We guarantee that you will not be billed for any additional charges not associated with the order.

What is CVC?

CVC (Card Verification Code) is an authentication procedure established by credit card companies to provide greater security for Internet transactions. Also known as CVV (Card Verification Value) or CSC (Card Security Code), this 3 or 4 digit code is different from the standard credit card number, and can be found on the front or back of the credit card depending on the type of card. By entering the code during online transactions, the card holder verifies that the card is currently in their possession, thereby reducing the risk of credit card fraud.

How does CVC work?

The CVC is generated by encrypting the credit card number and expiry date with an encryption key known only to the issuing bank. This number is not stored on a credit card's magnetic stripe, so it cannot be collected during normal offline purchases, and will not appear on any sales receipts or billing statements. As such, the only way to obtain the CVC number is to have the card in one's possession. After entering the CVC during an online transaction, the number is sent to the issuing bank to verify that the card number and CVC match. This validates that the credit card user had the actual physical credit card in hand when they placed the order.

Where can I find the CVC number?

On a Visa or MasterCard, the CVC is a three-digit number located on the back of the card, usually in the signature stripe or to the right of it. On some cards, the CVC number will be printed on the back of the card after a full reprinting of the credit card number, or the last four digits of the credit card number. On an American Express card, the CVC (called the CID on American Express) is a four-digit code located on the front of the card, usually printed (and not embossed) to the right of the credit card number. Please note the CVC number is a different number than your standard credit card number.

Will my CVC number be stored with my credit card profile?

No. For your own security, 2NDBLACK.com will not save your CVC number in your credit card profile.

What is Verified by Visa?

Verified by Visa is a unique value-added service that utilizes a Visa cardholder's personal password or identity information to help protect the credit card against unauthorized use. When using Verified by Visa, your Visa card number cannot be used for an online purchase without the submission of your personal password or identity information. Currently, Verified by Visa is available for most Visa cards from participating financial institutions.

How does Verified by Visa work?

If you are using a Visa card that has been activated for Verified by Visa, a Verified by Visa window will appear during the checkout process. An authentication page will appear, asking you to enter your password or identity information, which will then be verified by your credit card's issuing bank. Upon approval, your purchase will be processed as normal.

How can I sign up for Verified by Visa?

To see whether Verified by Visa is available for your Visa card, please contact your issuing bank or credit card company. Most participating financial institutions offer Verified by Visa. Sometimes you will be provided the opportunity to join Verified by Visa during your online shopping experience. If this occurs, you'll be asked to provide information to verify your identity, and then create your password or identity information. After setting up your password or information, you will automatically be asked to enter your password or information to verify your identity when shopping at participating Verified by Visa online stores.

Why am I being asked for both my CVC & Verified by Visa information during my order?

The CVC and Verified by Visa processes exist independently of each other, though they both serve the same purpose: to provide extra security for your online shopping experience. You will be asked to enter your CVC by YesAsia.com if your purchase is deemed necessary for an extra security check. A Verified by Visa window will appear during checkout depending on whether or not you participate in Verified by Visa with your credit card-issuing bank or institution. In some cases, both security procedures may occur. Please comply with both, as it will only expedite your order, plus insure that you enjoy the full protection both CVC and Verified by Visa offer.

My credit card statement lists an additional fee relating to my transaction with 2NDBLACK.com Why did this happen?

2NDBLACK.com is located in Hong Kong and uses a Hong Kong payment gateway for its credit card transactions. Some banks or credit card companies will charge transaction fees for international purchases, which will be reflected on your credit card statement as an extra charge. Please confirm with your bank or credit card company for details of their foreign transaction fees.

How are refunds handled?

All transactions are billed when the order is shipped out; therefore, we typically do not issue refunds. If we do need to issue a refund, it will be in the form of 2NDBLACK.com Store Credit.

We will gladly exchange sizes on items or replace defective products. Please refer to our return and exchange policies for more information.

Customs and Tax

Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax, or any similar customs-related levy is the responsibility of our customers. 2NDBLACK.com cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not require to pay customs-related levy.
